Chief Rabbi Capers Funnye will be making several New York appearances during his visit from Saturday, October 14th to Sunday October 15th.  First, he will spend Shabbat morning at congregation ” Beit Da’ath, Chokmah, Binah” located at 382 Hamilton Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. This will be Chief Rabbi Funnye’s first visit to this thriving congregation. They are very excited about his arrival and plan a warm Israelite welcome. They will broadcast the service live at http://www.beitdcb.org/  Shabbat afternoon Chief Rabbi Funnye will be heading to Beth Shalom to attend a lecture by Prof Y’sudah entitled“Drama in the Garden: The Introduction of the Evil Inclination.” Finally, Chief Rabbi Funnye will be at Beth Elohim in Queens for an “Open House” reception to talk about the Israelite Academy.
