Tamimah was a bright and shining star in the Israelite community for over forty years. As a dedicated member of Beth Shalom Congregation in Brooklyn, New York, she served our community with love, passion, beauty, and dignity. Her level of devotion to our committee is worthy of our highest respect and appreciation. Tamimah was a strong and intelligent woman who raised her three sons: G’dalyah, Yachdiel, and Chaim in the path of Torah. She was a pillar of our foundation; a person who expressed her faith in God through her service to God’s people. She believed in us and devoted her life to making us better.

 

After a short battle with cancer, Tamimah returned peacefully to her Creator on May 24, 2017. Funeral arrangements are as follows:
